PID temperature controller

 

 

To make an exquisite espresso or coffee a perfect temperature is required. Espresso strongly reacts to temperature fluctuations while being made. Therefore, a constant brewing temperature is very important. The built-in PID temperature controller allows accurate stabilization of the water temperature, so that the aromas are released as optimally as possible.

 

 

The right pressure

 

 

To prepare an intense espresso or coffee, enough pressure is essential during the brewing process. Too much or too little pressure during coffee extraction leads to over- or under-extraction of the coffee. That can have quite a negative effect on the aroma of the coffee. A pressure of approx. 9 bar is ideal for achieving a good result. Thanks to the pressure gauge, you can always check the extraction pressure.
