A perfect espresso is the result of a perfect combination of several input factors – freshly ground coffee, properly tamped coffee, the right pressure and, last but not least, the temperature of the water. Fluctuations in temperature during extraction lead to loss of foam and the resulting coffee loses its beautiful coffee colour within seconds.

The Sage model THE BARISTA EXPRESS (BES875BKS) is a lever coffee machine with an integrated grinder that comes with innovative temperature control technology throughout the extraction process.

The electronic PID system records the temperature during the entire extraction time and ensures temperature stability throughout the process. It is characterized by a low-pressure pre-brewing system that ensures a gradual increase in pressure for maximum even coffee extraction.

This espresso machine has a built-in conical coffee grinder with stainless steel grinding stones, which allows you to grind the required amount of coffee directly into the holder. Custom settings for grinding coarseness (18 options) and quantity allow you to fine-tune your coffee to perfection. The grinder is equipped with a container for 250 g of coffee.

Additional functions and features will help you complete the perfect cup of coffee. The Razor coffee levelling tool precisely adjusts the dose of ground coffee; the pressure guide tells you the ideal pressure for extracted coffee; the Thermocoil heating system controls the water temperature; the dry coffee function ensures easy removal of coffee grounds from the filter with minimal water content. Coffee can be dispensed manually or automatically.
