• 1. Basic – perfect for when you just want a good old, simple loaf. Add seeds, nuts or anything you fancy, for added taste and texture.

• 2. French – with a longer rising time, choose this function for a light texture and crisp crust.

• 3. Whole wheat – for the tastiest results, it is recommended you don’t use the delay function when baking whole wheat bread.

• 4. Quick – If you need bread in a hurry, this setting will bake a delicious loaf in a reduced time, with a slightly denser finish.

• 5. Sweet – bake deliciously sweet, bready treats like brioche.

• 6. Dough – this setting will mix and rise your dough without baking, making it perfect for pizza dough, bread rolls and baguettes.

• 7. Gluten-free – bakes the perfect gluten-free loaf, so you can enjoy bready treats without restrictions. You can also add in extra ingredients for extra flavour.

• 8. Cake – oh yes, you can even enjoy a delicious, baked-to-perfection cake at the touch of a button.

• 9. Sandwich – there’ll be no more limp slices of bread holding your sandwich together, as this setting will create the perfect sandwich loaf with a slightly thinner crust than the basic loaf.

• 10. Buttermilk – use this setting for bread recipes that include butter.

• 11. Kneading – the most arduous part of bread making… this setting is perfect if you’re wanting to make different pizza dough – or bake a batch of rolls in your oven.

• 12. Bake – purely for baking, no kneading or rising, use this setting if your chosen programme has completed and you’d like your loaf to be baked for longer for a crisper or darker loaf.

Delay timer

Set the timer and you can enjoy freshly baked bread at the time of day that suits you, be it first thing in the morning or when you get home from work – there’s no welcome home like the aroma of a freshly baked loaf!

Keep warm function

Fancy an impromptu lie-in but you’ve already set the timer on the bread machine? Worry not!

The keep warm function will keep your bread lovely and warm for an extra hour, so you can also keep warm and toasty for an extra hour in bed. How delightful!

Adjustable crust and size control

We all have a different preference with regards to the perfect loaf, so of course we wouldn’t be so mean as to provide you with only one option – you can choose between light, medium and dark crust.

You can also choose between two different sizes – 700g for a smaller loaf or 900g if you have a crowd to feed.

Large viewing window

Can’t resist a sneak peak? Don’t worry, you won’t need to disturb the baking process by opening the lid as the large viewing window allows you to check on your bread’s progress whenever you fancy.

Easy to clean

Both the non-stick bread pan and kneading blades are dishwasher safe, making the post bread-making clean-up a doddle.
