Three cooking modes

 

The Set & Forget comes with three cooking modes to choose from:

 

• Manual – for traditional slow cooking or heating things up – you can select High, Low or Warm without setting a time on the digital control panel.

• Program – simply select the heat setting and set the cooking time (up to 14 hours). The slow cooker will automatically switch to keep warm when the cooking time is up, so it’s ideal for setting off before you go to work, meaning you can come home to a perfectly cooked meal.

• Probe – allows you to cook food, particularly a joint of meat or a whole roast chicken, to a precise temperature – just insert the probe into the meat and the slow cooker will automatically shift to keep warm when the desired temperature is reached. The display shows the temperature of the meat as it cooks so you’ll know when it’s done.
