Here's everything you need to know about our delivery terms and conditions.
- · The delivery times stated are for the UK Mainland only, but please note that some areas such as Scottish Highlands and anywhere crossing the water may operate on a 2 day service and may be shipped with an alternative courier.
- · For all UK Mainland orders we use YODEL NEXT DAY to deliver Monday - Saturday.
- · Order Monday - Friday before 1pm: Dispatched same day for next day delivery.
- · Order Monday - Friday after 1pm: Dispatched next working day for following day delivery.
- · Orders placed after 1pm Friday or placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday
A special note about ordering on a Friday, Bank Holidays and festive periods.
- · If you order on a Friday before 1pm, your order will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Saturday.
- · If you order on a Friday after 1pm, your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
- · All items ordered on a bank holiday will be sent out the next working day, with delivery the following working day after dispatch. (excludes weekends)-

Please note that orders placed before 20th December should hopefully arrive in time for Christmas, although this is not guaranteed,
Orders placed from 20th December onward will still be processed and dispatched but will not arrive until 28th - 30th December.
Orders placed 30th December onward will be delivered 4th - 7th Jan.
