Each separate section in the buffet warmer has a clear lid to lock in heat and moisture and it has an adjustable temperature dial, to select the perfect heat level. It features an indication light to show when it is warming which will turn off when your desired temperature has been reached. It also includes two safe and sturdy handles for transportation.

If you wish to use the buffet warmer as a flatbed hot plate, simply remove the serving dishes and the frame. To switch back just attached the sturdy frame and replace the four sections, two have a one litre capacity and the other two have a two litre capacity giving the whole item a large six litre capacity.
