Product Description

The Truvo detector allows you to detect ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and live cables in walls. The wall scanner uses a simple LED-based traffic light system with warning sounds to indicate unequivocally where holes can and cannot be drilled. As it is so simple and easy to use, it is a practical assistant for simple DIY jobs. Switch it on, detect, drill! 

The wall scanner is switched on and off using a single switch and is self-calibrating to make your job easier. Our measurement technology solutions are intuitive to use and help to ensure all projects are completed successfully. 

It features three small LED lights that use a simple traffic light system to indicate whether or not drilling is advisable at the desired location: A green light means that nothing has been detected and you can therefore drill without any worries, a yellow light means that drilling is not advisable, and a red light means that drilling should not be carried out.

When the wall scanner sounds an alert, the detected object is located directly behind the LED square. The hazardous area can be quickly marked out thanks to the handy marking slots at the top and sides.
